Senior Front End Developer (Full Time - Permanent)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, contacting and qualifying potential clients through proactive outreach. This role focuses on self-generating leads, building relationships, and setting up opportunities to close deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for building client relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients using tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn, industry databases, and other lead sources.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to introduce company products/services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised pipeline of leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights to support content creation and ultimately deal closure.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine outreach strategies.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead generation, and qualified opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects to build trust and credibility.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/lead generation targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies.
- Ability to adapt messaging to different industries or buyer personas.
Compensation & Additional Pay
- Salary DOE and strong OTE
- Commission pay: Uncapped – 5% of debts which fee. Subject To Change
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 9am–5pm
- Friday: 9am–1pm
- No weekends
License/Certification
- Driving Licence (required)
