Senior Front End Developer (Full Time - Permanent)
Job Purpose
The role of a Credit Controller is to support our customers, chasing overdue invoices and collecting outstanding monies.
Skills/Knowledge
- Experience in a credit control role.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in all MS office, in particular excel.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Telephone recovery of clients' funds, negotiating repayment terms or settlement options.
- Providing Pre-Litigation advice to clients on the recommended approach.
- Updating clients with the progress of the case and providing status reports.
- Continuously monitor and review payment arrangements, chasing arrears when required.
- Liaising with third parties such as Solicitors during the recovery process.
- Working with our bespoke CRM system to update all case information, payments, disputes, handling of calls and emails.
- Use of Companies House & Creditsafe.
