Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic PPC Executive to join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in delivering our paid media strategy to support our growth across the UK and Internationally. In this position, you will create, lead and scale our PPC function, with a focus on driving traffic, generating leads, and maximising ROI. This is an exciting opportunity to support and expand a key function essential to our business and its international growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms, and a proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns both in the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Creating, launching, and managing PPC campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels
- Keyword Research: Identifying relevant keywords to target in advertising campaigns to reach the desired audience
- Ad Copywriting: Support content manager to craft compelling ad copy that attracts clicks and drives conversions
- Bid Management: Optimising bids for keywords to ensure efficient ad spend and maximise campaign performance
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement
- Reporting: Generating regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
- A/B Testing: Conducting A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to optimise campaign performance
- Budget Management: Managing campaign budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending and maximise ROI.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in paid media or PPC role
- Proven track record of optimising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Expertise in establishing keyword campaigns, incl research and implementation
- Competitive analysis platform experience (i.e. SEMRush)
- Analytical skills: Skilled in data interpretation to drive actionable insights
- Salesforce (preferred): Experience integrating PPC data with Salesforce
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PPC or paid media role
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Google AdWords certifications is a must
- Semrush experience
- Salesforce (preferred): Experience integrating PPC data with Salesforce
