We are seeking an experienced and strategic PPC Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our paid media strategy. In this position, you will create, lead and scale our PPC function, with a focus on driving traffic, generating leads, and maximising ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms, and a proven track recover of executing high-impact campaigns both in the UK and globally.

Responsibilities
- > Lead and own the PPC strategy: Take senior leadership responsibility for the PPC function, driving campaign performance and aligning paid media efforts with broader business objectives.
- >Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- > Conduct keyword research and craft compelling ad copy to optimize campaign relevance and performance.
- > Monitor and analyse campaign data in Google Analytics to make data-driven adjustments, improve ROI, and maintain CPA targets.
- > Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with broader marketing objectives.
- > Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices within Google and Microsoft PPC advertising, implementing changes to stay competitive.
Requirements
- > Experience in a senior/lead PPC role: Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- > Experience leading paid media strategy: Proven ability to take full ownership of paid media, developing and executing strategies that drive growth and align with business goals.
- > Platform expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads features, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- > Analytical skills: Skilled in data interpretation to drive actionable insights, with experience in Google Analytics.
- > Effective communication and collaboration: Ability to present PPC insights and strategies to all levels of the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals.
- > Google Ads Certified.
- > SEMrush: Experience with SEMrush or similar tools for keyword research and competitive analysis.
- > Salesforce: Preferred experience integrating PPC data with Salesforce for lead tracking.
